Scheduled - As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the PaySafe system, we will be performing security-related maintenance on the system at 22:30 on Wednesday, June 29th 2022

This change has been fully vetted in our Development and QA environments.
This will address the change needed to our new endpoint and move PaySafe merchants over to our new Endpoint.
Our DevOps and Support personnel will be on standby during the maintenance period.

We expect the actual change to take approximately 30 minutes, after which time we expect no interruption to service.

Our DevOps and Support personnel will then remain on standby until 23:00 monitoring for any disruption of service and available in the event of issues.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or disruption of service, we have a recovery plan in place to mitigate potential downtime.

A dedicated DevOps Engineer will be on standby to assist with any support enquiries.

Please note that we have a scheduled system upgrade of our Card Management System on Friday 24th June, from 22h00 (GMT+3) to 02h00 (GMT+3) Saturday 25th June.

During this period, there may be an interruption of E-commerce transaction processing. We will do our best to keep any interruption to a minimum and will notify you once the upgrade has been completed.
