Please be advised that Ukheshe will be migrating the Scan to Pay/Masterpass hosting infrastructure from Internet Solutions to AWS on the 6th of November 2023 at 23:00 PM.
The changeover time is set to last 6 hours, with an expected downtime of 4 hours within that timeframe.
Service Impact: Scan to pay/Masterpass services might be unavailable during the anticipated migration down time or intermittent connectivity issues could be experienced.
Customer Impact: Customers will not be able to transact /pay via Scan to Pay/Masterpass during anticipated down time and can retry once planned maintenance is completed.
The Ukheshe production team will be on standby during the planned maintenance and will perform systems checks after maintenance has been completed.
Any foreseen incidents arising from this work will be escalated accordingly.
