Please be advised that our Scan To Pay vendor will be doing an emergency firewall firmware upgrade to stabilise IPsec services.

The anticipated downtime will only be around 30 minutes between 22:00 PM and 23:00 PM.

Scan to pay/Masterpass services will be unavailable during the anticipated down time and customers will not be able to transact via this payment method during the anticipated down time.

The Scan-To-Pay production team will be on standby during the planned maintenance and will perform systems checks after maintenance has been completed. Any foreseen incidents arising from this work will be escalated accordingly.
