Change Window: Start: 24th September 2022 @ 22h00 (Preparation) 25th September 2022 @ 00:30 (Invoke DR) End: 25th September 2022 @ 05h00
Downtime: 25th September 2022 @ 00:30 - Approx. 20mins Failover to DR 25th September 2022 @ 03:00 - Approx 20mins Failback to Prod
Testing Window: Post-implementation has been arranged with various users for the various services impacted. Key resources will on-site to address any issues during the implementation.
The list of impacted consumer and provider applications are:
All Acquiring and Issuing transactions via these channels: All ATM services All POS transactions Telephone Banking - Mobile Top-ups and RTC Digital channels Prepaid purchases and Limit updates 3rd Party Link Merchants Real Time Clearing transactions LVP Cash Send, Redemption 3D secure - Ecommerce Transactions Hot card updates (XCOM)
3rd PARTY LINK PROVIDERS MERCHANT SERVICES HELPDESK: The downtime period specified is a guide for any unexpected service disruption. Incident Management remains available during this period, with the Command Centre as your first point of contact.
