FNB has informed that a fix has been implemented. All the impacted cardholders have received a notification message from FNB stating that the debited fund will be reversed. We are actively monitoring the transaction processing and will alert FNB in case that we notice any issue.

The FNB teams have been working around the clock to identify the cause of the rejections and is affecting FNB Virtual cards. FNB have confirmed, this is occurring across all platforms and partners.
The FNB team is currently working on the fix and will be releasing communication to their affected card holders when the fix has been made live. As this is in testing at the moment, FNB are not able to provide timelines.

FNB issued card holders are currently experiencing card payment issues resulting in merchants' customers being debited for failed transactions. Our team has already escalated the issue with FNB team and they are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
FNB has confirmed the issue is on their end and the rejection relates to CVV errors.
For transactions that have already been processed and FNB card holders have been debited, FNB team advised that the FNB customers must log the queries via the FNB banking app or on the FNB website, the request would be to reverse the funds.
