This morning, we experienced card transaction declines processing through our ABSA connector. The Peach team reached out to ABSA team and on investigation, it was identified that the processing link was down due to a critical network change implemented on ABSA side.

Transactions were impacted and the service was restored at 05:29 following ABSA intervention. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while the team worked on the issue.
